Parents of GCA
Georgetown Christian Academy has a wonderful organization of parent volunteers, the Parents of GCA. All GCA parents are members of the Parents of GCA and are encouraged to attend meetings and events. The Parents of GCA also offers a variety of committees where parents may get involved.
Our Mission
The Parents of GCA is dedicated to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all parents, while collaboratively assisting the administration in fulfilling its present requirements by:
- Championing the school’s mission and vision, thereby fostering a positive school atmosphere.
- Providing support to teachers, staff, and the administration, enabling them to perform their roles with efficacy.
- Expressing our care and support for our teachers, staff, and administrators as they diligently carry out their responsibilities.
- Propagating academic, spiritual, and social growth within our student body, leading to heightened re-enrollment.
- Elevating parental engagement and involvement.
Our Committees
The Parents of GCA has organized committees to oversee the execution of the events and activities needed to support our teachers, administration, and school. A committee chair or chairs are assigned to each committee.
